I had already signed a contract with Sun Coast Auto Transport when I recieved a call from Kai I explained I had just signed with sombody else, He did not give up, he found me a carrier without me even having a contract with him, he kept in constant contact with me, as soon as he told me he had a carrier for me they were there within the hour to pick up my vechicle!! The best part was that he trusted me to send him the deposit after the vechicle was picked up! Now that is awesome customer service! As for Sun Coast I still haven't heard anything from them! My hat goes off to Kai Abelardo and his company for his outstanding customer service, I highly recommend his company to everybody!!!!
