After receiving at least 20 generic emails and phone calls from other brokers (many from same companys with differant names) who wanted deposits with no guaranteed shipping dates or wanted to be paid extra (up to $200.00) for guaranteed shipping dates I was getting annoyed by all the b.s. I was hearing from shipping companys. Then I was contacted by phone and email from Phil at Coastal Auto Transporters, I actually had to have him call me back a few times as I was busy but he called back to follow up as he said he would.on Thursday 9/5/09 , when I talked to him he told me he could have the truck picked by Tuesday9/10 and delivered to me no later than Friday 9/13, being skeptical by the other companys I talked with, l agreed to terms with Phil and I said the sooner the better, To my delight he called Thursday evening and said he could have the truck picked on Fri 9/06/09 and delivered to me on Tues 9/10/09. The truck was delivered Tues 9/10/09 (4 days earlier than promised) and with great communication and care from the shippers. Phil kept me informed the whole time and answered his phone every time I called and was great to deal with, The price was very fair and the shipping company was great also. I was treated like a valued customer and will call Coastal Auto Transporters first for my future shipments. Thanks again!!!
