THESE FOLKS WERE ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat and be grateful they are in business. They not only did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the fair price they said they would do it for, they went out of their way to help me out and did it all with class and grace.

I was a first-time car shipper at the very end of my rope when I finally figured out that I needed to be dealing with a car shipping company that owns its own trucks and employs its own drivers. I found only a few, and Coast-to-Coast seemed to be the best choice. At least one of their drivers crosses the country regularly and they even made special arrangements for him to go out of his way to pick up my daughter's car as he was passing through Oregon after some time off. He stayed in touch with me as he came into town and was right on time at a pick-up spot he suggested a few blocks from my home. The truck was well maintained and looked about as safe and secure as anything that hauls multiple cars at a time can be. The driver stayed in touch with us as he crossed the country and was right on time at the drop off point a few blocks from my daughter's home in upstate New York. Some of the brokers I spoke with said they wouldn't even tell me which driver was hauling the car and that the only contact I'd be able to have with the driver was through the broker's office. They couldn't and wouldn't give me firm shipping or arrival dates even while demanding an up front deposit.

Coast-To-Coast did not charge us a penny until the car was sitting on the ground at the destination. With all of this, their charge was less than what I was quoted by any of the numerous brokers who jumped down my throat after I'd naively posted a request for an online quote.
