Fernando, I'm sorry that you feel this way. We gave you a quote and we tried to find a carrier to move you in a timely manner. Carriers call in all the time requesting additional funds, but we are at the mercy of the carriers, so that is why we call you first before accepting. We also told you that it could take anywhere from now til 8 working days to find a carrier, we dispatched your vehicle on the 8th working day. I'm glad you got your car and we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your service. Sherina
