Superior Service and First Class Movers!!!

I had an extremely expensive car that was sight unseen moved across the country during the Christmas Holiday. This was a nerve racking experience. Thanks to the tenacity and professionalism of Sierra and Caroline at Classic Auto Express this nail biting experience was made without a hitch. The timing was obviously important and the weather on the east coast was becoming a problem. Various carriers wanted to leave before our car was ready for transport so various other carriers had to be considered for our most important undertaking. Sierra had to endure numerous stressed out phone calls from me on so many occasions that I am surprised she just didn't decide that this wasn't worth the effort. Every phone call was met with kind and courteous manners and she was able to calm me down and make me believe that this could and would be pulled off without problems. When Sierra wasn't available, Caroline was on the job with the same professional and kind behaviors. Both Sierra and Caroline provided me with first class service and would only choose a top notch enclosed carrier transport for this car; one they had dealt with before and had the utmost confidence in.

VIP Transport, a husband and wife team were chosen. Laura and Eugene are Lithuanians and live and work in the United States. I for one am happy they are here. They too were subjected to numerous phone calls during their trip across country from myself and my husband with regard to my vehicle. Every phone call was met with kind and considerate understanding and we felt so comfortable with these delightful professionals. Upon arrival of our vehicle which by the way was a few hours early, we were delighted to finally meet this couple and thank them for their conscientious move. Everything was perfect! We are so happy that Sierra and Caroline of Classic Auto Express chose VIP Transport to move our vehicle. One note. There are a number of VIP Transport companies and I want to be sure that anyone using this recommendation for VIP Transport understands that this recommendation is soley for this husband and wife team. I have no knowledge of the other companies. The accent will surely give it away. Many thanks to all and best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
