Customer service was great, they were always in contact. Will use again if I need a auto transport. Carolyn was very nice about getting the emails out. Shipping a car in Dec. is always tough with the changes in weather. The driver did get delayed in a snow storm but contact was made to myself. I would rather the driver be delayed than taking a chance of getting in a wreck. The price was one of the best prices I could find and Carolyn sent an email as soon as she found a driver, which was the next day.528627 was my order number and the process took about 7 days including the weather delay.
