I was plesently pleased with the customer service provided by the people on the phone. But the driver was absulutely the worst. He tried to ask if he could take my car of his truck an put in on another truck and have it deleivered through him. He also couldnt get my car up the ramp properly on the pick up because he didnt have the ramps down the right way. Hopefully in the future you wont use him anymore. But all in all I would use this company again due to the politeness of the customer service reps and the promptness of the service.
