At a time when we've all become cynical about customer service, Tina renewed my belief in quality customer service. This is my first time transporting a vehicle so I was uncertain about what to expect. She was the first one to respond to my request for quote and made me feel like I'd made the right decision in requesting quotes online. She answered all my questions and worked with me throughout the process. She made suggestions that I wouldn't have even considered, such as placement of the vehicle on the transport truck to protect our son's new car during the Ohio to California trip. Pick up and delivery were both on time! Thanks, Tina, and I recommend Classic Auto Express to other customers.
