This is my 1st experienced using this type of service. After winning a car on Ebay from Florida, I filled out some shipping quote online and got contacted via phone by Tina, Classic Auto Express LLC.
The whole deal was an unpleasant for me.
After agreeing on the shipping quote with this company, it was hard to contact Tina to get update. She was always out for lunch. Also, the company promised to let me know when my car was picked up but I didn't get any notification via phone or email either.
The car was supposed to be delivery on Wed 9/2/2009, but it was nowhere to be found. There was not any information of whether the car had been picked up, where about of the car, when it got delivery.

After a few angry calls on the next day, the operation of the shipping truck called and informed the car would be delivery in the evening of 9/3/2009, and it got finally here around 8pm.

P.s.
The car is delivery without any damage, a little dirty but that is expected on the open carrier.
