After 3 weeks and 2 days my car fianally arrived at 10:30 at night. Car was very dirty. I believe it was deliverewd at night and dirty to cover up damage that cost $1600 to repair. I had to turn in claim to my insurance company that I paid part to repair vehicle. The original quote was not honered and the price was raised twice in the 3 weeks it took to get delivery. Cost was $200 over the original quote. Calls were not returned and no response to many emails trying to get a settlement on damage or in the process of getting the car delivered.

Tim would never tell me the truth when I did happen to catch him at his office.

It took 2 weeks to pick up the car. The promises were always another day or 2.....over and over another day. Or pay another $100 and we can pick it up early next week. When the transport finally picked up the car it took 9 days to deliver. More promises that never came about. Tim nor the company he hired to do transport would never return calls to let me know where they were in their journey. Nor would they give me the drivers phone # as promised.

I did an extensive search for a 2007 BMW with original paint which I found and then had to put it in the body shop upon arrival for body damage.

I suggested toTim at least waive his fee considering this nightnmare experience dealing with him and he declined. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
