I needed to ship my car and using an A certified service by the BBB that was also ranked in top 5 transfer companies by a google search. My salesperson asked for a credit card number and after taking the order I did not hear from him for 6 days. The car had to be moved within 3 more days. I called my representative to tell him I moved the car to an easier destination to reach (from Vail to Denver, CO) . He said that he didn’t work on Saturday’s and he hadn’t heard anything about getting the car picked up. Frustrated I called another A rated company with less reviews Christa’s Excellent Auto. Christa answered immediately on a Saturday said she would be available day and night until the car got to the new destination. The car was picked up SIX HOURS AFTER I TALKED WITH HER. She did not ask for a credit card until my car was confirmed on the truck. The car was delivered ON TiME and FOR HER ORIGINAL QUOTE. It was so easy and she was fabulous. The other company called me after my car had been delivered to say they found someone who would transfer it for 100 dollars more. I told them to .....
