OK, I was admittedly sceptical. I never had to use this type of service, and I was expecting to somehow (most likely monetarily) be scammed. Well, I was completely wrong. The service and consideration before hand was wonderful. Marie contacted me often to give me status updates. The driver picked up 1 day after we made an agreement, and although he were hoping to get the car sooner, the driver did deliver within the time frame, and was courteous enough to give us his cell # and contacted us along his route to give us ETA. I would definitely use Chariot again.
