Vehicle was damaged in 3 different area's. On the drivers door, rear bumper and rear passenger fender. Before the vehicle was picked up I took 5 pictures showing no damage to my vehicle. However company only cares about getting thier $$$. When the vehicle gets picked up they will not take the vehicle if it is dirty, but upon arrival the vehicle is dirty due to a 3000 mile trip, but when you want to wash your vehicle to check for damage they will not allow you to do so. This company has a double standard and should be avoided at all costs.Customer service is beyond terrible. I had multiple phone calls that were not returned, then when I did talk to a guy (who refused to give me his name) he hung up on me and told me i had to grow up. Then I called back and spoke to a woman who told me that I must not know how to read and I need to open up my eyes, when in fact I'm a extremely well educated professional with a 4 year college degree at the university of Hofstra in Long Island, New York. Save your money and go with another company. Im out $1200 for the transport and now i'm having to pay $1600 to get the vehicle fixed. Let my loss be your gain.
