When I first contacted this company the contact person seemed very knowledgeable and eager to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. Also, I was assured that it would be door to door service.
First I had to make a deposit before I could even get pick-up scheduled. I was given a time frame that I would get the vehicle, but once delivery did not happen in that time frame the contact person stated that he did not give me that time frame. The quoted price also increased from the first time I contacted the company to the time it got closer to get my vehicle. There was no communication about status of the delivery.
Second, when the vehicle got to the destination city, the driver called and asked me if I could pick the car up in a city that is about 35 miles away. I stated that I paid for door to door delivery, that is what I was promised and that is what I expected.
I had to wait 2 days for the delivery of the car. To make it convenient for the driver I told him to deliver the car to a shopping mall down the street from my job and I would take my lunch break, walk to the mall and pay him and pick up my car. He got lost, called me on my cell phone at work several times, and cursed me because he could not find the mall.
My supervisor at work had to accompany me to the pick up place because it was clear that I was upset at how this delivery was unfolding. Once I picked up the car there was broken glass in the back seat of the car, in the trunk and where the windshield wiper blades are. It was obvious that the windshields had been broken and replaced. Ther were several half dollar size and larger dents on both sides of the car also.

Then the driver had the audacity to ask for a tip!

I would not use this company again or refer them to anyone.
