This was our first experience shipping a vehicle cross country. After reading reviews and making a few phone calls to transport companies, we decided to go with Certified Auto Shippers. The company representative, Kathy, was friendly, professional and quickly answered all of our questions. Kathy walked us through the process of shipping a car to Arizona. After talking via phone, she followed up with written information and quoted a transport price of $900. Within 2 days of acceptance of Certified Auto Shippers price, we received a call from Kathy that a transport vehicle was on the east coast and available to pick up our car at the end of the week. After that the driver of transport vehicle contacted us with an estimated for pick up time. We were appreciative of the driver's consistent and thoughtful updates as he made his way down the east coast in a horrible snow to pick up our car. The transport driver was prompt and professional. Working in zero wind chill weather, he carefully inspected our car and expertly loaded our car, "Lil Red." Once the driver left Virginia, he contacted our daughter with an estimated time of arrival in Arizona. "Lil Red" was delivered in good condition and on time. We highly recommend Certified Auto Shippers for competitive pricing, excellent customer service and prompt delivery.
