I cannot overstate how much Kathy put me at ease during all phases of this shipment. I was nervous enough purchasing a classic vehicle online, let alone letting someone I didnt know take care of the entire transport process. These types of vehicles are not really replacable. All fees were paid upfront so none of the unexpected hassels you hear about of carriers wanting more money for offloading. The pickup was actually a day earlier than I expected, prompting the vehicle broker to have to fast track documentation completion so carrier could load. Vehicle was given a 3-4 day window for arrival and showed up midday on day 3. The shipper she contracted with was respectful of what they were shipping and seemed to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction at delivery. They called the day before and gave a two hour delivery window and came in right on time. He even drove it right into the garage. The vehicle exterior was very dirty on arrival, but with an open carrier that is to be expected. Dust washes off. Not one item of damage was noted. I am sure I am not the first nervous customer she has had to deal with, but her communication throughout this was greatly appreciated and went a long way to preserving my sanity. This service was worth every penny!
