The delivery was successful and the vehicle was in good condition, which is the primary reason for requesting an enclosed trailer to transport the acquired '48 Ford Woodie. The driver was using a Harley Drag Racing trailer, which I was not expecting. I visualized at least a 4-car enclosed transport, but it worked out. Very narrow fit for the vehicle, and took a couple of tries to get it off the trailer without scraping the sides of the car, but the delivery driver was pretty good. So all in all, the delivery was successful, almost twelve hours early (only by accident), and came 10:30 at night.
The driver happened to call me a couple of hours away from my residence to verify the address, which turned out to be a good idea. The dispatcher had sent him to the right address, but to the wrong town. Luckily his GPS couldn't find the address in that town, so he called.
If I did another transport, and used a broker, these guys are ok. Now that I have used this particular driver's company, I might bypass the broker, mainly to save the money.
