Khaled, To start off with you need to let people know that your car was picked up and delivered in good shape !!!!! And that Your car was dispatched out to 3 drivers before you would let your car go. and the car was going to be picked up after your first date that you said your car was ready. You were the one that would not let the car go when you said the car was gping to be ready. And in the contract that you agreed to it states that there would be a reposting fee if the customer would not let the car go. So after the 3rd time we did charge you that fee. And you did talk to me the office manager when the owner was not here. And your credit card company went threw our contract and agreed with us that we did nothing wrong and sided with our company.
And to top it all off your car was picked up and delivered in time and on time and in good shape. With no complaints.
