I signed a contract on June2, 2008 and was told that pick-up of my vehicle to transport my vehicle from Florida to North Carolina would be two to seven days. On June 3,2008 I came across the review site for Caviness Auto Carriers, the company I chose to transport my vehicle. Although I read a load of negative reviews, I thought my experience would be different. IT WAS NOT. As of July 8, 2008 Caviness Auto Carriers never had anyone to haul my vehicle. I called them and told them that they were full of **it. They should not advertise that they transport vehicles. What they should say is that they try to find haulers for transport of vehicles. Because they have the lowest quote, that usually means that your vehicle will sit indefinitely. I strongly urge those of you thinking about using this carrier DON'T DO IT. I also told Tammy in an e-mail that I would be posting a review either way. Oh, you lose $100 deposit. So you get nothing for your money.
