Cavalier gave me a quote which i accepted. They then handed the job off to Motion , who delivered the car. somewhere along the line the handbrake was broken. Neither company wants to admit guilt or even acknowledge thatt the brake was broken by the carrier/carriers. They are trying to blame the seller of the vehicle who told me the driver was unable to drive my vehicle onto the truck because HE COULD NOT DRIVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND HE HAD TO LOAD THE VEHICLE HIMSELF. If he had driven the car onto the truck he would have had to have seen a broken hand brake and noted it on the inspection report.I have"nt got a chance to get the damage repaired yet so i cant give a dollar amount lost. Read all the fine print before you hire these truckers. They have no interest in paying legitimate claims. They also came several days late for the pick up. BEWARE THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE!!
