Once deciding to use Cavalier, the company found a driver for our vehicle within 1 day of requesting service. Unfortunately, the transport company (not Cavalier) was 3 days passed the agreed upon date to pick up our vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered in one week. It was actually delivered in 2.5 weeks from the late pick up date.

Cavalier worked with the transport company throughout the process to track our vehicle and communicate its progress with us so that we did not have to worry about the hassle of doing so. If our agent at Cavalier was not available, another agent at the company would return our call. We even spoke to the owner on several occasions. We will work with Cavalier again if we ever need to ship a vehicle, but will not use the same shipping company to transport the car.

Our car was dirty when it arrived, but nothing that a quick car wash couldn't solve. The car had no damages from transporting. A big thank you to Maria and the rest of the team at Cavalier for getting our car across the country safely and making sure that we did not have to worry about the stress of the shipping company and their timeliness.
