I trully appreciate Tyra's honesty and professionalism in every bit of detail involved in transporting our vehicle. There were no false reassurances; and that to me is very important and vital in making a choice on which company to go with. I made a strong connection with Tyra despite the fact that we were just communicating over the phone or by emails. She gave me detailed info and explanations on what is going on. It may have taken a while for the car to get transported, but I was made aware of the why's and i know that it was beyond the company's control. In the end, our car arrived in good shape, on time and all is well. I would certainly use Cavalier again and would definitely recommend them to others needing their services. God bless!
