Renee thank you for sharing your experience and leaving positive feedback. We did have several carriers lined up for you when the order was first placed however we then found out that the keys were not at the pick up location. We were then forced to wait for the keys to be sent to the pick up location. At that point it just came down to which one of the carriers were still in that area. We apologize for the delays and do appreciate your business. We also made wanted to mention that Tyra went over and beyond what she need to to service your move. She made herself available at 10:30pm and always followed up. We are proud to have her here and she would also like to express that she appreciates your feedback and business.
