Rich we appreciate your business and thank you for taking the time to put in your review. We understand the vehicle was a dirty and we apologize. Unfortunately with the open carrier that is always a possibility because the vehicles are exposed to the elements, similar to if you were driving on the road yourself. Maybe next time we could ship a car enclosed for you. We thank you again for your business and look forward to helping you with any of your transport needs in the future.
