Worked with Preet @ Cavalier Auto Transport, found them on uShip.

My route was from Sagamore Beach MA to Cedar Rapids IA. They had advised me that there is a 7 day pickup window with their pickups.

However, they were not able to find a driver within that 7 day period. During this time Preet had advised me that the routes going to the Midwest are harder to fill especially in remote locations like Iowa. He had patiently explained their process in great detail and was available by cell phone even after business hours. He would return my calls and emails promptly.

He had put me in touch with a driver and had the driver call me. The driver was great to work with, very responsive and kept me updated on my shipment. He was able to deliver the car earlier than expected.

Overall I am very satisfied with this broker, the ability to find a carrier with a full truck going in this direction is a difficult proposition regardless of the broker, and I would use CAT again, no questions asked.
