Here how this guy steals your money .

- he calls you with the cheapest quote ( in my cast was 600$ , with 100$ deposit)

- he calls a transport company and convince them to ship your car for 900$. ( you are not aware of that, you are quoted 600$)

- so once the transport company ship your car, you go to pick up your car , the transport company demands 900$ or they won't release the car . you call Carlos catala , he don't answer his phone , if you keep calling and he answers , he cuss you out , telling you its your problem deal with it , and i quote him " this is not Burger king , the customer not always right " ! and he hang up on you

- so i called the police , they don't do anything cause its a civil manner , the transport company is not their problem . so i didn't pay the 900$ till i think of what i needed to do .

- the transport company will put your car in a storage unit ( 50$ / day fee ) , if you dont pay the 900$ + the storage fees within 30 days . they own your car !

- so i had to go pay the 900$ and the storage fees and get my car .


These brokers are thieves, the make deals behind your back and steal your money . make sure you deal with a company directly and make sure you deal with a respectful company . dont send credit card info through email . make sure they sign papers so you can sue them . digital transaction doesn't do you any good .

This post is current for a problem of last year. I dont do autos anymore. I was forced to disolve catala express for identity theft reasons. I do local work only in Miami,fL. I dont have an active MC number.
