This company was supposed to pick-up my truck today. I paid $199 deposit and was assured they would be here to pick-up on time. Now I get an answering machine and no reply to any calls or e-mails. We are leaving cross country in two days and now I have to arrange last minute transport. As if moving 3000 miles was not stressful enough. I do not see how they get away with this. BBB has tons of complaints , but it looks like they started ripping people of in March, we booked with them six months ago and it seemed like they were legit. They are definitly NOT!!!!
