Castle Luxury Auto Shipping gave me extreemly poor service. They were all smiles and helpfull service untill they got my deposit.........then I couldn't get them to answer a call, or call me back to save my life. I treid Fax / Phone / Email with no response - EVER ! ! I tried pleading, cajoling and threatening messages ...NEVER EVER got a call back ! ! Fortunately I got the number of the trucker and finished the deal direct with the trucking company. Without that, I'd have been up the creek ! !
