We had phone calls before the pickup was made to get adequate directions, and to let us know how far away he was so we could meet him for the pickup. The driver was courteous and professional. The time for delivery was very prompt and phone calls were made at the end of the trip to set up a meeting time and place. After checking out other companies on the internet, we felt that the cost was very competitive and was the best price for our particular needs. The vehicle was delivered in the same shape that it was in when the driver loaded it.
