Mr. Major,
We are very disappointed to see your bad review. We would like to apologize to you once again for any inconvenience that has been caused to you. We're still unable to reach you via phone, and hope you at least are able to read our response via the web.
We had many options for you Mr. Major, but no contact from you for several weeks. Of course, not being able to get in contact with you, caused us to cancel out many drivers.
We are still attempting to contact you Mr. Major! If only your lines of communication were open. We hope you'll one day reconsider using Castle Luxury as we will go ahead and offer you FREE shipping on our part, and will not require any deposits from you, reducing our prices for you $190-$300.
Once again Mr. Major we would like to offer you our apologies.
