Stressful experience!

First of all, we used these guys once before and it seemed to go smoothly. This time wasn't so smooth.

When we dropped off the car at the port in Hawaii, we were turned away. They said we needed the vehicle title. Our customer service rep didn't tell us this, and only told us we needed our ID and transport quote. They only sail once a week, so our whole plans were delayed a week until we brought back the title.

Once the car did get on the boat, we made arrangements for it to be received on a certain date. Since we had to get a friend to get the cash and wait for it in NJ, we were set on that date. However, they kept changing the delivery date, from one date, to another, and to another.

Finally, on the 3rd day, they didn't know where the car or trailer was???? It was ridiculous. Of course it was Memorial Day weekend, so I could hardly get any useful information when I called.

When they finally arrived, we had to wait TWO HOURS as the driver was "lost". Ugh!

The funny part is I got 3 emails from our customer service rep, asking for a "5 star review" since she's up for a bonus. Needless to say, that's not happening.

She was nice and all, but this was a stressful and unpleasant experience. Will find someone else for our next shipment.
