Cascade was a fabulous company and the owner was very easy to talk to and she explained everything so well. I had never done this before so was very timid at the beginning but Diane took care of everything. The only comment I could make is that the truck driver could do some communicating with the person waiting for the car. Communication could solve many things and should be done.
My car arrived in fabulous shape and the things in there arrived in good condition. Cascade is a great company and everyone can rest easy if they use them
