A very smooth time line. One phone call to set the transport up, contact numbers given, and everything went smoothly.

The initial phone contact gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. He gave me a few different options for delivery of my new vehicle and the differences in cost. He explained what the timeline would be and what the steps would be.

I had a delay with US customs as I was importing a vehicle into Canada and I did not have all the required documents. I called the company and made arrangements for my vehicle to be put in storage and the driver delivered the vehicle there. The change in plans was handled very quickly and smoothly and I was impressed with how I was accommodated so that my itinerary would not be disrupted. I arrived the next day and was able to pick up the vehicle very quickly.

I was referred to Cascade Vehicle Shipping by a knowledgeable source and I would definitely used this company again. The price of the transport was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
