I contracted with Silva Auto Transport who quoted me 1-5 pick-up time and 7-10 days for delivery from California to Florida. Three weeks later, and my vehicle still wasn't picked up. I contacted Cascade and spoke with Diane who was absolutly a pleasure to deal with. She assured me that she would take care of me and would have my vehicle on the road home in no time. The next day she called and said she had a driver that wanted to pick up the vehicle in ONE HOUR! And the real suprise was that it would be delivered to me in two days! So 4 days after calling Diane, I had my vehicle which went from California to Florida. I will only do business with Cascade in the future.
