I was very happy with my contact person Amanda as she was friendly helpful and was really interested in getting my car shipped on time and at a price that was lower then all the other quotes that i recieved. the pickup was the only slight problem i ran into as there was only a few hours notice of the pickup and had to rush and get someone over to the pick up point to get the car ready and i believe that it was the drivers fault for not calling and not cascade's (amanda's) fault. the car was delivered problem free and on the top of the carrier eventhought i paid for a lower level spot. the car arrived even earlier then expected and amanda called me at all times to keep me updated and was really integral in my satisfaction with the company. if i was ever going to ship a vehicle again, i would not hesitate to use cascade again and i would recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle!
