Car was picked up after we agreed to a higher price than quoted. The truck driver didnt not pick the car up on the orignial price so after agreeing to a higher price we had a truck pick the car up a week later. Once the car arrived in Hawaii the passenger side mirror had red scuff marks and scratches from hitting something during shipment. There were numerous other scrathces that we found that I believe were from the truck. Also the truck driver did not give us a copy of the bill of laden to show what defects the car had once he picked up the car. So the only thing we have to go by are the pictures we took and the paper work from Matson where they did their inspection at the port in LA. Also, the truck driver tried to say that he only took cash instead of cashiers check or money orders. So after 30 minutes of arguing and calling back to Cascade he finally agreed to take the personal money orders.
