I can not go on enough about how helpful, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and pleasant Kim at Cascade Vehicle Shipping has been. I originally was listed through another broker. Once I listed with them, I never heard anything back. After a couple of weeks and some new searching on my own, I was contacted by Kim. She walked me through the process and, once I listed with Cascade, she worked very hard for me. She always returned my phone calls and always had time to answer my questions. Due to the distance I was shipping (from SC to OR) we had a little trouble getting someone to make the trip. As a result, I offered up several delivery locations through out the process, and she happily and readily added my new locations to the order. When it came time for my vehicles to be delivered, Kim once again went above and beyond. She accepted the delivery for me since I was out of town, and handed them off when it was convenient to me. All of this she did, as if it was simply another days work, and I was her only client.

I will highly recommend using Kim at Cascade Vehicle Shipping to anyone who needs a car moved in the future!
