There was no pickup scheduled, as I self-drove the car to the dock, and as this was my nephew's car, who had graduated college and was relocating back to Hawaii, I did not hear of the state of the car upon receipt. However, the transaction was cordial and handled professionally. I could have saved some money by booking directly with the carrier at the dock as I didn't need the car picked up, but the savings would have been nominal. I think that Cascade Vehicle Shipping did a very good job.
