I originally had my car scheduled with a different car shipping company, however they charged me the brokerage fee but a truck never picked up my vehicle. They did not issue me a refund and I never heard from them again. My Knightess and Shining Armor, Malia McClain, called me about my vehicle that same night and worked a miracle on getting my car shipped out that very next day! Not only was she extremely understanding, but she was very helpful and kept in contact with me from the beginning of the transaction all the way until after the car was delivered safely. If it would not have been for her, I would have been stuck in VA waiting for someone to transport my car and miserable. I am very appreciative of her and her service, this company goes above and beyond the normal level of customer satisfcation.
