This is my second time using Cascade Vehicle Shipping and would definitely use them again. Blaine was thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful in shipping our car from NY to TX. The price was in line with other companies I contacted. The pickup was right on time and the driver contacted me the day before pickup as well as two hours before arrival. The car was scheduled to be delivered to my daughter in TX on a Wednesday. The paperwork indicated that she would not be available to receive the car before 6pm on Tuesday and I verbally confirmed this with the driver. He arrived in TX on Tuesday and insisted he needed to deliver the car at 4:30pm. My daughter had to scramble to find someone else to accept the car. Luckily, she was able to find someone and the car was delivered without incident.
