Malia at Cascade Shipping was my point person. She answered all my questions and explained the entire process to me, including her function as a broker for the drivers. She was helpful and informative and a pleasure to do business with. She returned phone calls and also communicated by email with me.
The dispatcher out of Philadelphia was not as effective a communicator. He said he left messages as to the pick up time of the vehicle in California and it's arrival time in New Jersey. I never got these messages. So, there was a gaff in the communication. The first I heard my vehicle was going to be delivered to me in New Jersey was about an hour before the driver was to arrive. so, this involved a scramble on my end.
That being said, my car arrived safe and sound, although I had to meet the driver a couple of blocks from my house, as he could not deliver it through a bridge that was too low for his truck to get through. Not a problem.
I thought the price of the transport to be reasonable and the driver to be courteous.
I would use the company again, but I would want to speak to the dispatcher more specifically and not have messages left.
