My overall experience with Cascade was good. My vehicle was picked up in the estimated time and was delivered on time. Being exited to receive my new car, I called Malia ALOT. She was very helpful and patient with me, providing updates and letting me know as soon as a truck was found. Buying a car I had never seen in person was a little unnerving, but the shipping process was trouble free. The only negative aspect during the process was the last-minute price increase. My original quote was for $805 and when I was contacted to let me know a truck was available, I was told the driver was requesting an additional $100. I understand that quotes do change, and $905 was still a fair/good price to ship. That said, I would recommend Cascade to anyone and use them again in the future.
