We do understand the frustration that Mr. Dalal felt. Current and ever-changing market conditions make it difficult to be exact on pricing. My associate Amanda had spent countless hours trying to get Mr. Dalal moved into Washington at the originally quoted price. At this point Cascade felt it was necessary to double our efforts. I called a frequently used trucking outlet to see if they could help out. They offered up their service and only requested to be compensated for the additional mileage cost to go off of their scheduled route to pick up the vehicle.
