CSV quoted me on transportation, type of vehicle, timing required and terms. They were very very courteous and professional. After agreeing to the move, there were no return calls, and eventually they indicated that Michigan is off the beaten track, and hence difficulty in quoting a date. An hour later, Candice indicated she pulled in some favors from a trucking company, and he can pick up vehicle in a day or two, but it will cost me extra, as the driver was not scheduled to go to the northwest, but is doing us a favor. I felt that it was CSV's responsibility to bear any extra costs. Suddenly the politeness in Candice turned into hostility and rudeness, and I am thankful I saw the other side of her and moved it with another company that did deliver in time period required.

We do understand the frustration that Mr. Dalal felt. Current and ever-changing market conditions make it difficult to be exact on pricing. My associate Amanda had spent countless hours trying to get Mr. Dalal moved into Washington at the originally quoted price. At this point Cascade felt it was necessary to double our efforts. I called a frequently used trucking outlet to see if they could help out. They offered up their service and only requested to be compensated for the additional mileage cost to go off of their scheduled route to pick up the vehicle. I give my sincerest apologizes to Mr. Dalal and I wish he would’ve given me the opportunity to tell him how minimal the additional cost would’ve been to get him moved.
