Customer service was great, I was always kept in the loop when developments arose. Definitely would use again. The one complaint I had was that the estimate of when I could probably expect my car to be picked up was a lot more optimistic than with any other company I consulted; but in the end, my car was picked up about when the other companies figured. Even so, the communication was great, and I had a very demanding order- wanting my car picked up within a week. It turned out that was just not a feasible deadline.
