Great customer service. Kim was very prompt with her responses and made the transaction super easy! I contacted her on a Tues and the vehicle was picked up on a Thurs (on time as scheduled). She even followed up to make sure the vehicle arrived and everything was as expeced. Will definitely use Cascade again in the future!
