Hired Cascade on 1/31/11. Car was picked up on 2/23/11 and delivered on 3/4/11. I worked with Malia who was incredibly patient. She answered all questions and promptly returned my phone calls or emails. Once a carrier was found, Malia followed up and was able to give me a pickup and delivery date. The entire process took a little longer than I anticipated, but car was delivered in good condition with no problems in route. Malia was amazingly helpful, friendly, and honestly concerned about our needs. It was a pleasure working with Malia and I would highly recommend her!
