Kimberly was fantastically helpful and uber-friendly every time I sent her an email. She was always prompt at responding and understanding of all questions I had. The delivery was delayed a couple days, but was not a major issue and upon inquiring, Kimberly promptly explained the delay and apologized profusely for it. My biggest concern was that I would have to pay for storage of my car while waiting for the driver to pick it up in LA, but no extra fees were charged. Excellent customer service!
