Having had a bad experience with shipping a car in the past , I chose to go with Cascade based on customer reviews as well as my initial contact with Blaine. He was very personable and matched a quote from another 4 star company as the guarentee states. Unfortunately Cascade was unable to find a transport cpompany willing to take the car at that price - hence the delay. When the car was finally scheduled for pick up there was some confusion regarding the final cost due upon delivery (a $190 difference). This was initially disconcerting. However, after speaking with Blaine the next day he handled the situation and suggested he refund the extra cost from my initial deposit. Needless to say I was impressed with the customer service he extended. This could have easily ended in another bad experiece but due to the way Blaine handled this situation I will definitely recommend Cascade for your shiping needs. Also Peter Coe from Pink Stone Transport was very professional. I felt very comfortable sending my beloved vehicle with him for the long trip to the west coast. He delivered the vehicle on the estimated due date with no complications.
