I was taking over a lease after a long process, so was anxious to get my car. The day I was cleared to have it transported, I called Kimberly at ext 320 based on the reviews on this site and she arranged for my car to be picked up in less than 24 hours! I hope I don't need vehicle shipping again but if I do I will for sure use Cascade. Car picked up friday, arrived monday.
