Before I found Cascade, I engaged a prior shipping broker out of Texas to transport my Ford F-250 7.3 liter diesel pickup truck. They quoted me a price of $950 and 2 weeks later, I learned that they jacked it up another $150. Almost a month had gone by before they found a trucker who was willing to do the job for an additional $150. The trucker never showed on the day of the pickup. The company eventually learned that the truck was being "repaired" and could not give me a new pickup date. I had enough dealing with these clowns. I did some more research and found Cascade on January 21, 2011. Malia was wonderful to deal with. Unlike the other company, Malia kept me well informed. Although there was a glitch in that the trucker was a day late in picking the truck up because of "repairs," Malia kept on top of the matter and gave me a number of options (including storing the vehicle at Cascade's location until the truck could be picked up). A day later, the truck was picked up on the afternoon of February 4, and, incredibly, was delivered the afternoon of February 7.

I cannot thank Malia and Cascade enough for getting the job done so quickly. I know I paid a premium for transporting my truck cross-country, but if I had to do it all over again, I would use Cascade. Thanks Malia!
